Verifying DMI pool data lock up
What is happening is that somehow or another your boot sector is damaged or the computer is not reading it right. Most often it is a case of your CPU overheating, causing it to corrupt your most vital files needed for your operating system. Fortunately this problem if very simple to fix if you have a boot disk, if you do not have one then you need to make one right now.

The steps to fix this problem are listed below:

[1] First check your BIOS to see that all the settings are correct, if not fix them and restart
[3] If the problems persists then let the computer cool down "power unplugged" for 1 hour
[3] Insert your boot disk and restart your computer ,when prompted type "sys c:"
[4] Take out your boot disk and restart your computer.

Possible cause

[1] If this problem happens again sometime in the near future then you need to make sure that you move your computer to an open area and consider upgrading your cooling system.
   Processors 50MHz+ need heat sink
Processors 60Mhz + need heat sink + "working" fan

[2] If problems still persists "never boots windows" then you may have to face the fact that your hard disk has a physical defect exactly where you computer has its vital information stored. The only way to fix this is to purchase a new hard disk and if you are lucky you can use the drive as a temporary slave drive in order to transfer the information over.

[3] Only use a boot disk that was designed for your operating system, there are some 7 versions of Windows 95 and 2 versions of Windows 98 and only the boot disk designed for your version will work.
