This is caused by the computer not seeing the hard disk which can be caused by hardware conflicts or setup problems. To correct this problem you will have to check all cables to make sure that hard disks and CD-ROMS are not conflicting and to properly setup you hard disk in the ROM-BIOS.
If you are still getting this error you will want to run F-disk and see if any active partitions are present. If they are then you will need to see if the disk is formatted with the proper software.
